It's not too late to allow cosmetics to be equipped multiple times.

I get that it makes more money because it forces people to buy the skin twice if they want to dual-wield, but man that is scummy when considering 99% of other games have set the expectation that when you buy a cosmetic that says "skin any weapon" that you will be able to skin all of your weapons at once.

I am a newcomer here and thus am unfamiliar with these strange practices. I can't help but think it's not too late to make some changes to the way cosmetics work. I would like to suggest making the cosmetics not only be able to equip to multiple weapons at once, but also to equip to multiple characters at once, as it seems redundant to have to transfer them from character to character every time you switch. I'm aware this is something that HAS to have been requested so so so many times, and, as such, there is probably a good reason that hasn't changed. I am certain it is related to money--and so be it.

I felt the need to weigh in on it. I could just shut up and move on but I like the game, and I'd like to keep playing. Maybe I'll just stay F2P from now on.

I should have mentioned that I understand there are people who have already purchased two of the same cosmetic so they can off-hand one, so going back on that decision would screw those people. However, I believe that since the game is in Early Access, it is now or never to make that change. It is agreed upon that things will change in Early Access, so the people who have already made their purchases are well aware that things could change. Not to mention it's a brand new game, and there are only two official PoE2 weapon cosmetics, neither of which I believe are capable of being dual-wielded (I could be wrong, I am a noob lol.)

Of course I would propose compensation to anyone who made these additional purchases during Early Access, but I'm not dumb. I know that will not be on the table, but I'd still like to mention that I think it'd be the right thing to do, however, as previously mentioned, I don't think any PoE2 cosmetics as of today require two purchases other than to equip to multiple characters, which would be pointless.

In any case, I'd love to see all cosmetics become universal. I think a lot more people would continue buying things that way. Otherwise, it will turn a lot of people off, as it has for me.
