What is going on with this support?

I have been waiting since the 20th of december for a response to my support email. I followed up in january and february, is it just impossible to get a response from support for this game?

The one response I did get, was a bot message asking for account information that I ALREADY GAVE in my initial email to make sure as little corrospondence as possible was needed. I'm severely baffled at this point.

I get this but brother, 2 months and only 1 automated response that then never got replied to after I replied to it is actually crazy

I am in the same boat, no responses either.
