Purchased Early Access pack but still haven't heard back from support about my extra "KEY"

I have purchased a support pack and was waiting for 2 months now for a reply from support, but until now still haven't heard back. I just need another key to give to a friend, that is why I bought a pack. Is there any way I can follow-up on this? Cheers! Last bumped on Feb 21, 2025, 8:53:53 PM

Please note that the console versions of the Supporter Packs do not come with extra keys and are not advertised as doing so. If your friend plays on console, they'll need to purchase an Early Access Pack through their console themselves, I'm afraid. | |

Thanks for the response. I was told by support before that you guys can help in arranging a key for my friend, this was from Thomas of support. If I will not be getting a key for my previous transaction, can I just reimburse the support pack I bought because that is the only reason I bought it in the first place. Thanks heaps! GuWaPoSaI |

Will just need to do a refund instead if that is the case. I'll get the refund done through support, and reach out to our local consumer body if I still don't get it. The support you guys are providing us paying customers is abhorrent. Cheers! |
