Based in West Auckland, Grinding Gear Games is searching for full time Customer Support staff to handle a wide variety of customer service-related tasks.

Location: On-site in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand

Full-time position - 40 hours a week

The position includes the following duties:
  • Moderating in-game chat and our forums
  • Assisting customers via email, private message, and live chat

We are seeking someone with:
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A high level of written and spoken English
  • Organisation skills and a hard working attitude
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise work when required
  • Excellent computer and technical skills
  • An interest in a long term position
  • Experience with online games
