Adding a "transmogrification" feature to the game.

The game has a huge variety of items, both unique and just ordinary, in my opinion it would be nice if a feature similar to transmogrification from WoW were added to the game. That is, changing the appearance of armor is not just about cosmetic items. This makes sense to collect unique items.

they're trying to sell cosmetics instead of play2win mechanics. So obviously giving everyone free cosmetics with transmog is not the best plan. Maybe if the game was selling "mobile esque" F2P crap, such exp boosts etc. Then that would be an option. But I'd take the cosmetics and no transmog over p2W.
