Please re-revert mod tiers

The fact that T1 was the default best tier on poe was pefect. If I hit T1 I know that's the best tier I can hit. Perfect. Tier 2? I'm one tier off, etc etc

Now if I hit T1 I know it's pure trash but T9, T10,... Afaik there's no ingame indicator of the different tiers of a mod, we must check CoE or PoEDB for every single mods and that's annoying
