Trial of Sekhemas Crash at final bridge

Upon reaching the final trial, as I walk across the bridge towards the boss, the game immediately drops framerate then crashes. I've tried lowing all settings and it makes no difference. I've reran the trial and received the same ressult. I've even ran a trial in a friend's game and he was able to cross the bridge while my game still crashed. I've seen this bug reported in the forums before with no solution provided so far.

Now level 75, I cannot ascend and it's a bummer. Still playing without the ascendency somehow but would be nice to have this fixed. If anyone has suggestions let me know.
