Hardcore crafting

I found the perfect chaos resistance belt in HC. It even had an extra charm slot. So thinking I was being clever, I slammed a precious HC exalt into that belt hoping for extra resistances.
Now the belt is beyond my level requirement and I have to fight the poison vaal lady in act 3 without the extra chaos resistance.

Oh man, I feel that. I have a really nice Topaz ring with 30% and 95 life and some mana and I wanna exalt it so bad, but I know the item is ilvl 50 and my lvl 38 character really needs to keep wearing it so if I were to hit a great roll with high tier I'd be hosed lol.
