PoE2 GPU ms and crashes. Patch 0.1.1d

Hello. I have a problem with high GPU ms, there are slowdowns under load and fps drops. I tried all the solutions published on the Internet that are available. Game settings and render selection do not affect, triple buffering, multithreading, etc.

Yesterday on patch 0.1.1c, I tried to solve the problem again, and a miracle happened, I succeeded, fps did not drop, there are no slowdowns. I changed the settings in the NVIDIA control panel / Manage 3D parameters:
1. OpenGL rendering GP: select your high-performance video card.
2. Vulkan / OpenGL view method: use yours
(which of them affected, I do not know, there will be a screenshot below)
In this case, the game was launched on Vulkan, NVIDIA DLSS, triple buffering is disabled, multithreading is enabled. After changing these two commands, the performance became ideal. (I'll attach a video below)

Today patch 0.1.1d came out, the problem returned, and again no settings help, even crashes appeared, which never happened before. Return the corresponding settings from patch 0.1.1c, solve this damn problem, or at least tell me how to solve it??

As you can see in the video, the problem is not in my PC, my PC is new and works stably in all games except yours. This is a problem with the game, all system check options have been passed. The problem is widespread, but there are no solutions.

With a quick hotfix, the problem with the MS GPU has been fixed, I'm glad and grateful, since I couldn't play for a whole month and a half...
Guys, if anyone still has the same problem, I strongly recommend changing the NVIDIA settings, as I indicated in this thread...

The game flies, compared to what it was!

Today everything came back again, the GPU MS is jumping from 7 to 45, I managed to play for 2 days in normal mode... Didn't change the settings.
I think this depends on working with files and this is a forced procedure, since the PC cannot work in different ways.
