Loot Filter - Xbox - read Documents or USB for external mp3

Xbox games and apps can read user data and external or network drives.
For example Kodi or Minecraft's Mods that are not supported officially but do work.

It would be great to add Loot Filter support for reading "external" folders.

We can copy files from External USB to user's Documents folder with any free File Manager.
%userprofile%\Documents\
or hardcoded
Q:\Users\UserMgr0\Documents\ where UserMgrX is "our" user
...or simply USB stick is always mounted as D:\ drive.

I'd love to run custom sounds with Loot Filter.

- allow reading/parsing files from other folders
- add read access to USB or User's Profile folder
- profit
