Console points

I've bought points on the ps store 3 times now and all 3 times they haven't been credited. I've spent all day trying to contact ggg and playstation but can't get a human response anywhere.
I've played 900 hours already, absolutely love the game but I'm ready to delete and refund if this isn't sorted soon
