Separate the drop for more co-op freindly

Please consider every player in the same session to have their own drop.
It's so annoying to agree on loot drop and have to distribute it after the session.

The timer POE2 have right now is useless. No one kill one mob and pick a drop. We are all trying to clear one big area and then pick the loots later. Once we done clearing, timer already run out and we don't know which drop is for whose.

It would be simpler if everyone just see their own drops so no one pick someone else's loots.
Or 1 loot can be pick by everyone in the party. e.g. 1 divine orb drop all party members be able to pick and each member will get 1 divine orb.

... so if someone in the party has an insane amount of increased rarity, and a divine drops, everyone should get one?

You can change it so people cannot pick up other people's items permanently. It would be better if being in a guild automatically stores items in the guild stash with the guild leader and whomever he chooses to deal out loot later. Your last suggestion is laughable.
