Can’t receive point pack

In ps5 poe2 add on page, I bought 200 pt pack, but when I go in game, the point can’t synchronize, what can I do to refresh the points? Thanks

Hey, maybe actually respond to emails then. I just had the same thing happen to me and yes I did email. Fix the problem. Don’t play with peoples money
