GPU ms. Statters. drop FPS.

Hello. I have a problem with high gpu ms, and I haven't played for a month because it's impossible. I've tried all the solutions published on the Internet. The game settings and the choice of renderer do not affect.

Yesterday on patch 0.1.1c I tried to solve the problem again, and a MIRACLE HAPPENED. Managed to solve the problem using the settings in the NVIDIA control panel / Managing 3D parameters:
1. OpenGL rendering GP: choose your high-performance video card.
2. Vulkan / OpenGL view method: Use your own
(which of them affected, I don't know)

After changing these two commands, the performance was perfect. I managed to play in normal mode for 1 evening xD. Today Patch 0.1.1d came out, and the problem came back, and again no settings help... Return the relevant settings from patch 0.1.1c, solve this Damn problem, or at least tell us how to solve it... This problem is very widespread, but there are no solutions. Disabling multithreading is not an option.

Memory: 16 GB DDR5-5600
HDD: 512 GB SSD PCIe
Video: NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4050 6GB
System: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)

As you can see in the video, the problem is not with my PC, this problem with the game, and no one helps, technical support does not work, all system check options have been passed.
With today's patch 0.1.1d there are even crashes that never happened before. I'm surprised and upset
