Refunding Passives, Selections are changed after I accept changes

Sometimes the Refund Passives screen will mix up the changes made when rerouting pathways.

I hope that makes sense. I’ll change my pathway on the passive tree, accept the changes, and the final selections applied end up being different than what I had chosen. I think it keeps the gold spent, too.
