balbala too fast

shes impossible to hit in t15 map.
she jumps around all the time not a second where shes still and i can do dmg.

also everytime i try and get despair on her to do dmg it costs me 80% of my life (good design, this bloodwitch, would be smart if they had leech, those blood witches, right? hm)

so my flask is just drained at some point.

my dmg is not the prob, i can smack her for 2% each crit but i just can not hit her more than twice in the whole fight?!
