Please add an extra rank (or custom ranks) inside guilds

Hi, I have a guild with around 250 people in it constantly online, and it has been a massive problem for me that there isn't a rank I can give to anyone such as "sub-leader" or something like that to enable them to take decisions that I would do myself such as changing stash tab permissions, promoting people to other ranks, and stuff like that.
Officers can just recruit/kick people, and members is just a rank for people with an extra layer of trust, but in practice it doesn't add any extra permissions.

TL;DR: PLEASE ADD SUB-LEADER RANK (or custom ranks with custom permissions), so we can have more people doing leader stuff (promote/demote users, change stash tab permissions, accept donated guild points, etc.) but without transferring ownership of the guild itself.
