Is this a BUG, or am I missing something here? [Trial of Chaos]

Long story short:
I was doing the Trial of Chaos using a coin with "3 Trial Attempts".
I died, I got resurected near the statue at the entrance but when I try to enter again it tells me that it "Cannot connect to instance. That subarea no longer exists"

So, I checked the statue and it was empty, it did no had the coin anymore, that's fine I said, so I added a new coin but whenever I click on "Open" it gives me the error message "The operation could not be completed"

I am fine with loosing one coin, but I cannot get back in :))))
I logged off, closed & re-opened the game and I am still seeing this, maybe I need to wait for a bit more ?

EDIT:
Ok , so even after 30 mintues this was still an issue
But, I went into ACT 3 normal mode not cruelty and I started there again, instead of Trial of Chaos from ACT 3 cruelty
This has worked for me, and I am now able to get back into the Trial of Chaos using a new Coin / Inscribed Ultimatum
