Whole computer crashes at zone/game load screen after chararcter select

Title pretty sums it up...

Double click on chararcter to go into game
Game tries to load Karui Shores
Game/PC starts to chug, then even more then even more
Can't Alt F4, go to task manager, etc... the mouse is able to be moved but it's incredibly slow, laggy, and stutters.

Fresh install of POE, graphics drivers, chipset etc, POE2 runs perfectly fine... do Vcores maybe not work on POE1?

Ram- 4x32GB CL30 Corsair Vengeance
GPU- RTX 4090 FE
