Missing MTX from Steam Purchases
Hello, I've purchased support packs and haven't received any of the items.
Steam support refers me to contact GGG. Purchased: Feb 12 @ 9:53pm Path of Exile 2 - King of the Faridun Supporter Pack Path of Exile 2 - Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack Both directly purchased from Steam app market, account is linked to steam properly as I use it to login on forums/trade. I can provide Steam purchase ID if needed. Really wanted to get a few tabs going this sale but neither my points or cosmetics show up in my account. Last bumped on Feb 23, 2025, 8:24:33 AM

As stated in original post, purchase was made on the 12th of February, I've contacted support via e-mail too but haven't heard from them after providing details on transaction. As I've also mentioned before, really wanted to get some stash tabs on this sale and that's why I'm insisting in getting it solved as quickly as possible. Anything we can do for now? Appreciate your help! |
