CRUX OF NOTHINGNESS BOSS BUG

Hi,
the king of the mists bug during phase 2.
I hit the boss in phase 1 and it moved to the altar at the top layers.
the boss changing phase while it stayed on the top layer and casting at the altar. when it came to phase 2. the boss not changed form and I can't hit the boss.
