Blasphemy w/ Socked Curse & Demon Form Interaction

I'm unable to activate demon form if I have Blasphemy w/ Flammability socketed.

I am able to activate demon form if I either turn blasphemy off or unsocket flammability (leaving blasphemy on). Critically, if I leave Flammability socked, temporarily turn off Blasphemy, then turn toggle demon form, I am able to active Blasphemy in demon form again. That seemingly eliminates the idea that I don't have the stats for it, because I can turn it on no problem once I'm in the demon form. Just to be sure, I checked that I meet the requirements for the skills without the help of my weapons, which I do, as well as the skills, which I do. Further, I have Blasphemy toggled on for weapon set 1 and 2 and the transform as well. Also have just enough spirit for everything, with my spirit being 0 once I'm in form with Blasphemy (Flammability socketed) toggled on. I even tested turning off Raging Spirits so that I'd for sure have enough spirit, and that doesn't work.

Has anyone figured this out yet? It feels like a bug. Maybe the problem is so close to my face that I'm just missing it?
