Minor Issue with highlighted items interface option.

I personally find having the clutter of highlighted items(items, chests, remnants, altars, etc.) annoying. Item drop clutter isn’t an issue since you can filter it out, but everything else can tend to get in the way. the problem is you can’t disable one without the other. Idk like I said, not a major issue. I mostly find myself thinking this during expedition areas. I just don't understand why its all bundled into one option. Would be nice if you could have an interface option for always showing item drops separate from everything else.
