Second/Alternate Skill Bar

If we have two weapon sets and two associated passive skill lines. Two adjustable skillbars would also be useful...

Some problem approach:
If only it were possible to disable auto switch when I use an item based skill. I know that individual skills can be disabled for weapon set 1/2 but this skill still remains in the skill bar.
That means,
1. it takes up space in the skill bar, even if I "can't use it" at the moment
2. if I use this skill, my weapon set automatically switches.
That's completely frustrating.
I'll give you an example: 1st weapon set wand + scepter, 2nd weapon set Shield + scepter. now, if I have a wand skill bound to the right button and a shield skill bound to the middle button. When I have a shield equipped and in the "heat of the battle" right click on a target, the weapon set automatically changes to wand. There is no way to disable it and it's quite annoying. It's already cost me two deaths in HC. There's nothing easier than adding the "Disable auto-switch weapon set" option to the interface option, or even better, having two different skill bars for two different weapon sets.

If you press control, you get a 2nd bar for skills. (Idk what the controls are for controller.)

Great! So when I use the second weapon set, I just need to put something heavy on the CTRL key, or pour a little with Coca-Cola. :D But even then my mouse control skill bar doesn't change. I think there is a better solution.

i wonder if there will be a day when 2 weapon sets will be actually usefull in action combat so you can combo sets of skill from 2 different weapons one after another

I using one weapon set for AOE trash cleaning and second for boss fight.
