Refund request

Hello,
by mistake in PoE2 i purchased the 100 dollars king of the faridun pack, but i already had the Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack and wanted to upgrade it for 40 dollars
Order number is: 50395843
Can i please have the refund and then upgrade the version?
Or maybe just have the refund of 60 dollars and keep the king of the faridun pack?
I just sent a request immediately after the purchase, i just have to wait?

Should i receive an answer even during the weekend or i should wait for monday?

With their actual speed of customer support I guess you have to wait 3+ months. I am waiting for about 3 monts now on how to get info where my hoodie for my supporter pack is.

Any answer yet. Will they respond to my email sooner or later?

I doubt they will respond soon, many people have gotten their money stolen like this sadly...

You'll get and answer when they get to your ticket and that could take a while, just don't make it worse by being impatient and emailing them before they get back to you

So, as far as i know, the physical goods are not coming direct from GGG, and you would have had a tracking number...use it?
At any rate, support would need to get that number from you, verify it, contact the people that were supposed to send it and chase it from there, if you are in the US trump tariffs could be fucking you over as couriers refuse to foot the extra bill, it could be at customs waiting for you with an additional charge.
