Trial of Chaos impending doom bug

I have noticed this on some of my runs this does happen when you're off screen and then you revisit the impending doom area it blasts out of nowhere. There has also been instances where it already took off and blasted again. But in this below video you can see the impending doom circle just starting and just going off and killing my character. Died on the last round as well.
