Help me plz

I bought the game on the website. By first creating an account. I received 2 keys for Steam and EGS. I activated Steam, downloaded the game, but when linking it, it turned out that my Steam was tied to the first part when I played at the start of the first part. When entering the game it does not allow me to select an account from the site. I downloaded the EGS and activated the key there. I downloaded the game and linked my account on the EGS website.
When you click on login, it still doesn’t let you play. It says buy it, buy early access, but it doesn’t exist. Although everything is bought and attached. On the Steam forum, they said that you had to buy it not on the site, but on Steam or EGS, but now you need a separate POE launcher. Where can I get it? and what should I do in my situation? Technical support has not responded for a day now. Help me, good people.
