Arbiter Fix Suggestion

I know this might trigger some people but they should give this boss the lilith treatment from diablo 4. Remove the one shot mechanics and instead add a stacking debuff that makes you take more damage when hit by them until it reaches the one shot. That way you actually get to engage with the boss and actually feel rewarded for fighting it.

The PURE design focus on the game was that every fight feels fair and challenging to the player, but currently its one shot or be one shot.

They want the game to feel slower but make all the challenges needlessly faster

yeah, ironic isn't it. Breach = dps check, Delirium pinnacle content = dps check, Ritual altars = dps check, Arbiter = dps check

The only one that actually fits the theme is expedition, but the rewards are so bad you want to rip your hair out.

It just confuses me that the endgame is not even 1% of the same feeling from the campaign. The campaign shows the original promise made but the endgame is a bait and switch
