3.26 League Suggestion - Vampire Survivors???

Since 3.26 is still in the planning phases is this a good time to suggest a Vampire Survivors like mode.

It could be a mode where you go to an 8-bit realm and have to fight a few packs of monsters. In this mode your skill gems are disabled and you only have your flasks and the auto attack of your weapon. your weapon attacks automatically at the timing of your base weapon speed. When the rare monster spawns and you kill it you get a card based power up system. This could be random skill gems and support gems as well as base things like movement speed, crit strike, crit multi, damage over time, dot multi. With defensive boosts too like HP, ES, Dodge, Block, Armor.

As you go through the campaign you go through the portals to the 8-bit (or even 16-bit realm if we were really fancy) and it keeps track of the decisions you have made. Depending on how many rare monsters determines you psuedo level and enemy difficulty is scaled based on how far you have gotten.

Maybe shards can drop and you can open a 8-bit delirium like realm where you have to survive for as long as you can up to 20 minutes. Your rewards are based on how long you were able to survive against the scaling monsters every 1 - 2 minutes.

As for the reward or crafting systems this is where GGG can have fun with it. This was just an idea I had. Since they tend to like to use ideas by other games genre's I was hoping we would see something like this one day.

I don't see them doing something as complex as an 8bit re-render even for small phases or immediately adjusting someone's items/build to fit the auto-attack with weapon idea, that means that gems and the like would have to be re-balanced around all of that. I highly doubt they will spend the time and resources to do something that intensive instead of a typical "heres a few new UI's to navigate" type of league.

Yea, it was just an idea to kinda throw something around. I remember Chris Wilson stating he loved watching Asmongold playing Vampire Survivors while driving into the office. So I am hoping the idea might have come up before.
