unlink Steam account please

My steam account is linked to this account wich i lost email and pasword from. please unlink my account so i can connect it to the proper account and purchase PoE 2.

Sadly the reply from support@grindinggear.com is nothing near your reply speed @Drew_GGG been waiting for a reply now for a full week. anyway to get a reply to a simple request for wich i gave them all the info they asked for a week ago?
