Could you please double check if you are logged into the correct sub account? You can find out more about the sub account system here:
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3586288 Please note that as mentioned in our sub account announcement, when merging accounts the individual sub-accounts will still exist with separate characters, progress, items, and microtransactions. Which account you are currently using can be selected with the account selection box at the top of the character selection screen in-game, or by using the "Switch Account" feature found on the top of our website. GGG what's going on?
I've made purchase on 17/feb/2025 and I still wait for the 200 coins... whats the problem with this? I did the purchase on PS5, I have the order details and I still have no coins on my account in PoE2 or as whole in my PathOfExile account. Why i don't get my coins? I've wrote more than 10 emails to support@grindinggear.com with no reply or just 1 reply with no further conversation... Whats the idea here? |
