Finally hear back from customer support and what do they tell me to do?
Of course customer support tells me to contact customer support what tomfoolery is this after waiting all this time support tells me to contact support via email

In fact i contacted support after i tried to login and my account was locked and they told me to contact support. I then tried forums which told me to contact support and they would have a senior staff member from support contact me. Ive now been told like 5 times to contact support if i contact support anymore ill need support of a different kind when i start crying in a corner.
