No coins granted to account

I purchased two early access packages of POE2. One was the Lords of Ogham EA package that did nothing to my account, 60$ sucked into the void. Then another basic EA package which granted me access to the game, but no coins on my account.

As advertised, I should get 300 coins. These 300 coins and the complete Lords of Ogham package are completely unaccounted for. I contacted support 4 times, they respond 3 days later with some basic, generic questions, i answer them and they never follow up.

I want to love the game because I enjoyed the first week of playing, but this atrocious support completely puts me off.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for the fast response! What does "as soon as we can" mean? My track record is as follows:

1st contact: 7th December (guys responded on 16th)
2nd contact: 16th December
3rd contact: 23rd December
4th contact: 26th January
5th contact: 29th January
6th contact: 13th February

I actually contacted you guys 6 times, not 4! my bad

I can understand that support is swamped, but this is on the extreme end. Unless these are the standard wait times, is this normal?

Im having the same issue, the last time I was contacted was December 25th. At what point should i be trying to email again? Its been like 6 weeks

Keep trying, don't assume they'll follow up with you. I would send an email on a weekly basis. Don't fall for their "large volume of requests" template response, if the volume is so large they can always hire more.
The worst lie is "if you reply it'll go to the bottom of the queue". If they had a queue system they'd also have proper support :')
Matter of fact, I'm still waiting for an email reply [Removed by Support] prompted me to email them 8 days ago. What a sham company! How long until they get exposed as the frauds they are?

Hilarious, the only support engagement I'm receiving is them redacting their names out when they get called out on it.
