PoE 1 Crashing

Good evening, I recently purchased a PC again, but I was playing on the Microsoft platform (Xbox), but my characters created on the Xbox account do not appear on the Steam account, the problem is that every time I try to enter PoE 1 with a new character the game crashes and closes... I am currently playing on the Steam platform now, what i can?
