Omen of Amelioration didn't work

I died, lost 10% xp, Omen of Resurgence is gone, Omen of Amelioration is still 'active' in my inventory. Fix please.

Read the item's description. Only one omen can be triggered from combat in each instance. You can't use both together, you need to choose which you want.

" This line refers to multiple omens of the same type and not multiple omens overall. That's why you are able to activate the omen for "next annul removes only a suffix" with "next annul removes 2 modifiers instead of 1" at the same time to get both effects. |

Read again, that line is not on the other omens, only on the combat omens.
Only one omen can be triggered ****FROM COMBAT*** in each instance. That line is on both of the omens you're trying to use together. They explicitly state only one of them can be triggered in each instance. |

Yep did NOT read that. And I'm with the 'all combat omens' argument. I think it also didn't help that they would have had to proc at almost the exact same moment. Cheers for the replies fam x
