Account trade bug

Today I was playing the game normally and I have been listing items for sale, after a while I noticed that nothing was selling which seemed strange to me, I went to look at the trade page and for some reason my items were not published, I checked even in offline mode and still nothing was listed, so I decided to search directly from the name of the account and I found that not only the items that I had recently listed were not for sale but nothing in my account was listed in the trade. I don't know if this is due to an error on the page or if it is a bug in my account but it is ruining my playing experience and I would like to find a solution, I have already tried to remove the tabs from public and make them public again and even so I have not been able to get my items to appear on the trade page again. Anyone had the same problem? some developer can help me ?
