Stats UI Bug

I am playing a sorcerer. At level 13, under my Character UI, I see 18 DEX, 49 INT and 7 STR. But when I go to Passives, underneath 'Search here' in the upper right corner, my stats say 7 DEX, 18 INT, and 49 STR.
