Can't travel to hideout

There is no explanation for not being able to travel to your hideout from any waypoint in the game. There is no design consideration here. It's just clunky, especially considering leaving chaos arena forces you to travel to a place that doesn't exist to travel to a place that does just to get back to your hideout.
