Cannot finish one level of Trial of chaos

Hi this is the second time in a row i get a monster spawning on the (exit)elevator when its unaccessable. This is in the "Kill them all" test. I cleared all the monsters, even the one that was standing on the elevator but i still cannot complete the trial because the elevator wont let me use it. Also, i cannot blink to get up.

This is the first bug i encountered this far and im impressed that the game is running this good :)

There is a "Switch" next to the elevator that can be used to lowwer the elevator back down. However sometimes its bugged.

I had one trial where the Vaal Soulcore was up the top but the elevator was up and the switch was there but did not work.

Personally I haven't had chance to see this bug? but I noticed that there are 2 patterns.
One that I open the new region for clear and one that I use the elevator for clear.
