Mobs too big for map
You can't have narrow halls that block a player with teleporting mobs that take up 100% of the width of the hall. Unless you are of course looking for cheap annoying ways to kill players. In which case Bravo Last bumped on Feb 10, 2025, 7:11:30 PM

Issue is map layouts.
They're just a checkerboard of holes of impassable terrain camouflaged by an indescribable amount of visual clutter from map assets. So maps are basically a lot of small corridors that are barely visible. This game looks good, but ironically 99% of the time you're mapping, you're looking at the overlay map instead, since that's the only way to navigate through maps efficiently... This was already kind of bad in PoE 1 because of layouts (knowing where to go to to minimize backtracking). In PoE 2 it got 100x worse because layouts are much, much worse and because visual clutter is absurdly overtuned in map generation. Last edited by _rt_#4636 on Feb 10, 2025, 5:50:48 PM

Yup I know
Im just posting it. I just died in the first 10 feet of a dungeon ... zoned in ran forward , name right there , teleports behind me , minions body block me ... cant roll through it .. dead. Nice exp loss lost my map , didn't attack once |
