Post-Campaign in Hideout, the World map should open to Endgame by default (not Act 1)

If a character is in their hideout and has completed the campaign, when opening the World Map, open the Endgame tab by default, not Act 1. The same way it works in the Ziggurat Refuge (past) epilogue area.
