Back hand empty and sceptre in fron hand . Sceptre behaves like it's on the backhand bug

Definitions I'm using:
1) back hand is the 2nd weapon slots
2) front hand is the 1st weapon slots

Sceptre behaves like it's in the back hand when equipped in the front hand.

Steps to repeat:
1) equip a sceptre in the font hand, it can be main hand or off hand
2) equip a one handed weapon, shield or focus in the back hand. Leaving a off hand or main hand slot open
3) use an ability tied to the back hand, for me raise shield or chaos bolt did it
4) the sceptre spirit is in effect while using the back hand ability. It shouldn't do this
5) returning to the front hand by ability or unequiping removes the spirit effect. This occurs till all your loaded zones expire. Restarting and logging in again doesn't fix the issue neither does unequipping and equipping again. Equipping a new sceptre also fixes this bug
