Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack

Greetings all,

I am posting here since support has left me on read once again, and I am not sure how or what I can do. I purchased the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack, because I really really wanted the physical goods (Especially the Artbook). I did so pretty much the day the packs were available. I never received any sort of email about shipping, despite me emailing support around December 8th. As a result I missed the delivery (I also received 0 notification, from the postal service here), so the delivery was marked as "refused" and returned to sender.

On Feb 2, 12:49 PM, I received an email from support informing me of what happened and given the options of add 960 points to your Path of Exile account and opt out of the physical goods, or pay for reshipment.

Now I do find it slightly unfair that I need to pay an additional fee for the items I purchased, especially since I missed the delivery because of external factors (Not receiving any sort of notification from any side, GGG, The payment service, The Sender Postal Service, The local Postal Service). However, I'd rather flush my entire currency tab down the tub, than not get my sweet sweet irl loot.

In spite of emailing support pretty much immediately (Feb 2, 2025, 1:44 PM). They have not responded with anything. Once again, I am more than willing to pay for reshipment, provided this time, I actually get notified of WHEN the shipping happens and the APPROXIMATE delivery date, or even a phone call or text message.

While I know you'd like a faster resolution, please bear with the support team via email as they are the only ones able to verify and resolve payment related issues, particularly with physical item shipments. We are currently working through a large number of support requests, but please rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Yikes this right here shows how much they screwed up this process. By not giving ANYONE any tracking for our physical merch, stuff like this happens. Honestly unacceptable and definitely has me in the boat of never purchasing physical merch packs with them again. I love PoE2, really want to support the devs, but this whole thing leaves a very poor impression.
Got asked for account verification on Feb 4th, provided it, haven't heard from support since.

17 days, INSANE.
