Why?

Why does my damage vs bosses suck so bad? End of act 1, lvl gd 49 and I tickle the end boss? Ive read guides, did the best I could do with my build, and nothing but struggle? So frustrating.

Which build are you using? What skills?

What's your important gear?
What notable passives do you have?

I will say I recently took out the Act 1 Cruel boss and absolutely smote him into ruin with the build I'm using, with good gear but certainly not top tier stuff. Can't troubleshoot blind but it doesn't *have* to be a struggle.

I am a merc witch Hunter, my most damaging skill I'm using high velocity rounds, anything else I use is garbage.

galvanic/shockburst combo OR plasma shot w/ scattershot OR explosive bolt.If you're level 49 you should have access to it.

I got through act 1, now all my skills suck, I am built for the galv/shock bursts, galv doesn't proc enough for shock bursts on bosses, and now high velocity does squat.

Idk bout this game, seems nothin but hardships all the way through. Started a second character, thinking damage might be better. It Was, kinda till I hit bosses. Then it's and hour or so of dealing with one hit mechanics while doing piddily damage. Sigh.
