🔹 Spirit reduced to 55/100 without using it – Why?

I'm a new Path of Exile 2 player on PS5, and I really need some help!

Why is my Spirit reduced to 55/100 even though I haven't used any?
Did I lose that missing Spirit permanently? And how can I fix this?

Ive noticed that spirit in general is bugged. Often, I have to unequip, re-equip the skill in order to trigger it. As well as when I'm changing my passive tree or gear, one of skills will be locked and i have to scroll through all of them to see which one is bugged, and sometimes its the support modifier that bugs due to attributes not being high enough but its a guessing game as to which one isnt working properly

I've tried unequipping all my gear and gem skills, but my Spirit remains the same at 55/100.

I also checked my old skills, and none of them seem to be using 45 Spirit. I even tried re-equipping my old skills and setting them all to off, but I still can't figure out which skill is consuming my missing Spirit.

I previously reset my passive tree, including attributes, once. However, if I need to revert to my old setup, I can’t remember exactly what I had upgraded.

Is there a way to reset Spirit values or fix this issue? Right now, I can't play the build I want because I don’t have enough Spirit.

Please help!
