Can't click on/claim Ascendancy Rewards from Trials

Completed Trial of Sekhemas for Ascendancy, can't click the altar to claim the ascendancy.

Similarly, could not click and claim on Key rewards during Trials, and had no visual cue for access to doors/next area/portals.

Have had issues with loot disappearing for the past few days.

Ensure that you have "Item Visibility" turned on and haven't disabled any of your desired highlighting options.

On controller, they added a "Toggle Item Visibility" skill bind that may appear on your secondary button set (LT) + DPAD-RIGHT. Toggling this will make your item labels disappear and prevent you from picking up items or clicking on things that are not being actively highlighted. This can make loot look like it has disappeared.


You also have Input options on keyboard for:

"Toggle Highlighting" (Z by default -- hitting this accidentally will turn off labels)
"Highlight Items and Objects (ALT) to show items while held
