Couch Coop players unable to finish map after the other play dies

When player 1 or 2 dies the other player will often times be met with a black screen shortly after the death of the first, preventing them from grabbing their loot or finishing the map.

I can confirm that this seems fixed now, although it is still the case that loot for the player who died remains locked to them and cannot be picked up.
