No retries - Arbiter of Ash

In the upper right corner it displayed i had 6 tries on arbiter of ash, but sadly i died on the first attempt. Then i hit ressurect botton, and got to town, where i tried joining the portal again for a second attempt.

But when i clicked the portal i received this error message in the chat:

Error: Failed to join instance because: You cannot rejoin this area after dying.
Error: Failed to join any instances

I think this is a bug, since it stated i had several retries and read in patch notes earlier that they added it specifically for arbiter of ash.

Damn thats too bad, since ive been farming the Citadels to finally achieve my first attempt.
