Stuck In Instance

I ported to another player that was at the entrance to the Trials of the Sekhemas to buy an item. After trading I dropped group and TP'd out and went back to start my own trial.

Thought it was odd when I came back his portal was still here - I am unable to interact with the altar.

Things I have tried to fix

I've gone to both difficulties(normal and cruel)
Log out and back in
Wait 30 minutes to return to zone
Joined Party with another player had them start a trail(this works) as long as I'm not the party lead or in the zone first.
completed and failed a trial with another person as party lead.
Travel from waypoint and using map on caravan
Login from a different region

I tired to force a new instance but control click from waypoint map doesn't work for some reason on the trials. I am able to reset every other zone that way.

When I travel to Sekhemas using the Map on the caravan - get the normal side exit where I can click to enter trails but control click here does not work either.

If I join someone else's party and they port in first it resets as fresh.
If I am in a party, being leader or not doesn't matter, if port in first the other player also gets suck in this instance.

Everything I have tried results in same thing, when I port back to the trails I'm moved to Singapore realm and stuck in this guys instance.

Please let me know what the fix is.
