Poe1 account not linking to Poe2 account - customer support awol for over a month
Anyone else have this problem?? I played Poe1 on pc, but switched to Xbox for poe2. I made sure to link my poe1 account when I installed the game - but it never happened. Poe1 website doesn’t acknowledge the fact that I ever bought EA.
A few days after release, I emailed support with the issue. I haven’t heard back from them since 1/6. I can’t use a loot filter, I can’t use the trade site whispers, and I can’t claim my twitch drops. Tons of stash tabs too. I’m probably shouting into the void here, but does anyone know wtf is going on over there??? Anyone else in the same boat??? How about, and I know this sounds crazy, just go back to PC for POE2 and WHAM, instant fix no more tears necessary.
